Redeemed Bill credit with Clubpoints cannot be exchanged for cash
Upon confirmation of Bill credit with Clubpoints, no amendment or cancellation is accepted and the corresponding Clubpoints will be deducted immediately from your The Club membership account
The converted amount will be credited to your selected billing account within 3 working days
Other terms and conditions announced by The Club through its websites or other means of communication may apply
In case of any dispute, the decision of Club HKT Limited shall be final, binding and conclusive
