1. Award includes a one-off Hong Kong delivery. Self-collection services are not available. 2. Award includes delivery within specified territories, including home or office addresses in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories, and is not available to outlying islands including Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Lantau Island (except Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok and Discovery Bay), PO Box addresses or restricted areas. 3. Member must provide valid mailing address and contact phone number for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate delivery address or the member has failed to show up at the agreed delivery time to receive the award, Laithwaites Direct Wines will charge the member an additional re-delivery fee. 4. Members are requested to sign off acknowledgement slips upon receipt of award items via the arranged delivery. 5. Redemption of award items is subject to availability. 6. If a wine becomes unavailable, a similar wine of equal or greater value will be substituted. 7. No refund or exchange policy is applicable. 8. In case of any dispute, the decision of Club HKT Limited and Direct Wines Ltd is final. 9. Redeemed award cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. 10.
