How to redeem

2. A e-redemption letter will then be sent to your registered email address.
3. In the event of overwhelming redemption response or there is any request on item exchange, csl shop staff will assist you with advance order for award collection at a later day.
4. Present the e-redemption letter (either in physical print or on your mobile device) and your e-membership card upon collection of award items at designated csl shops:
