1. Award items must be collected within the award collection period or will be forfeited.
2. Redemption of award items is subject to availability.
3. The chosen award does not include delivery. Self-collection is available only in the locations specified.
4. No refund or exchange policy is applicable.
5. In case of any dispute, the decision of Club HKT Limited and Arte Hong Kong Limited is final.

7. Upon confirmation of the redemption request, neither amendment nor cancellation of redemption item is accepted and Clubpoints will be deducted immediately from your The Club account.
How to redeem
1. Redeem online at The Club website during the redemption period.
2. An e-redemption letter will then be sent to your registered email address.
3. Contact Arte Madrid to check for stock availability before collection.
4. Present the e-redemption letter (either in physical print or on your mobile device) and your e-membership card upon collection of award items at:
