When a member’s Clubpoints balance reaches 70% of the total number of Clubpoints required, they can top up their Clubpoints at the rate of HK$300 per block (each block contains 1,000 Clubpoints).

1. Top-up Clubpoints means the extra Clupoints you may purchase if you do not have sufficient Clubpoints required for a reward.
2. You can only purchase Clubpoints at the time of making a reward request at The Club website and mobile app.
3. To purchase Top-up Clubpoints, you must already have at least 70% of the Clubpoints required to redeem a reward (“Eligible Transaction”).
4. Each purchase must be in blocks of 1,000 Clubpoints.
5. All Top-up Clubpoints must be used towards the Eligible Transaction forthwith upon purchase. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of The Club, up to 999 purchased Clubpoints not redeemed in the Eligible Transaction may remain in member’s account.
6. No refund or exchange will be accepted, whether in part or in whole.
7. The Terms and Conditions of The Club apply.
8. The Club reserves the right to vary or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
9. In the event of any dispute, The Club’s decision shall be final.
10. In case of any conflicts or inconsistency between the English version and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall always prevail.
